Browsing CATT Data

Writer's picture: Joe DennettJoe Dennett

We have added CATT metadata to the CATTproject.org website. The data and metadata within each file can be seen remotely without needing to load F-POD files into the app.

CATT files can be selected individually if you know what you are looking for, we can filter by region too. The next and previous buttons step through the 109 files.

Details you wouldn't normally see are, detection positive minutes per day (DPM) for each species, diel charts showing on average when the animals were clicking, and a number specifying the mis-classification risks for each file, validation is always advised.
